For this Sunday, we aim to accommodate as many brothers as we can. If you know a brother that is in need of something like this, NOW IS THE TIME. Encourage them to come out. This space is open to all men of all ages. Children included. RSVP now using the event website link ❤️??
We will have yoga, meditation, a sound bath, journaling and open discussion included in our YouGood? programming this Sunday morning.
